A.J.D. Holding Co. is a privately held, family owned and operated manufacturing holding company based in Cleveland Ohio.
There are currently 7 companies under management with facilities located in Northeast Ohio and Central Massachusetts. We have owned and continue to look at opportunities across the U.S.
A.J.D. is similar to a private equity group in that it buys and sells companies through a larger umbrella company. However, our focus is to buy and hold our acquisitions which creates a more diverse and complete scope of manufacturing capabilities under one group. This difference provides the entire portfolio of companies more options in service, products and savings for our customers. With a focus on making the entire portfolio of companies stronger we hold the needs of the customers in the forefront of our mission.
