History
A.J.D. Holding was founded in 1964 with its first acquisition, Wedge Products, which it still holds in its portfolio of companies. Through the years A.J.D. has purchased 20 companies and is constantly seeking new acquisitions throughout the United States. Our overall focus is on three main verticals, Metal Stamping, Wire and Plastics.
A.J.D. focuses on strategic acquisitions to build its presence within our targeted sectors. In the nearly 50 years since its inception, A.J.D. has been recognized by our customers as a wealth of manufacturing knowledge. Given the tenure of the company, we provide each of our portfolio companies unique opportunities to make capital improvements, and to expand our machinary as our customers grow and develop. A.J.D. has expanded in recent years to provide businesses and owners specialized knowledge and services to aid them in bettering their company and providing their customers a better product. These services range from management consulting, industrial component solutions, cash flow needs, succession planning and various real estate situations.
